By Virtue of a Warrant under the Hand and Seal of THOMAS
PRICKARD
< no role > , Gentleman , His Majesty's Coroner for the said City
and Liberty of Westminster , you are hereby summoned personally to be
and appear before him as a Juryman, on th is 17 Day of
June at Six of the Clock in the Afternoon
precisely, at the House of Mr. Orton the Sign of the Kings Head
Water Works Bridge in the Parish of
St. George Hanover-Square , within the Liberty of Westminster , then and
there to inquire, in His Majesty's Behalf, touching the Death of
Man unknown and further to do and
execute such other Matters and Things as shall be then and there given
you in Charge, and not to depart without Leave. Hereof fail not at
your Peril Dated this 17 Day of June 17 76
