his Shoes & Knees, & Dept. went down Stairs
and Deced followed in about five Minutes, and
Dept. seeing him look wild and distracted, and
seeing himgoing towards the Strand , Dept. followed
him, fearing, that he was going to make away
with himself, That he lost sight of the Deced
in the Strand and returned house, That the
Deced in about a Quarter of an hour came home,
and Dept. followed him into his Room, and Wod.
not afterwards leave the Deced, That they went
together to the Board Head Alehouse and drank
[..] three penny worths of Crank, and Dept. then went
home and Deced into his own Room Says that he
went to fetch the Deced to Dinner about three
o'Clock, when he found him lying upon his Bed
vomiting, and in very great pain, Says, that
Mrs. Lewis brought some Tea in which Dept. drank
some of, Saysthatthat seeing the Deced so bad
Dept. left him and sent for the father, who come
there as Dept. was informed. Says that from
the Deced's looks and behaviour yesterday
Morning Dept. does believe that he was
Disordered in his Mind. John Sullivan< no role >

Henry Hennings< no role > of the Rolls Buildings Father
to the Deced on his Oath saith That the Deced called
upon him yesterday Morning, when Dept. gave him
some Advice, for his Welfare, Says that the Deced
appeared to be some what uneasy and disturbed
therewith, and between Nine and Ten went away,
Says that about three o'Clock in the Afternoon he
was informed that the Deced was dying, upon which
he went to him and found him lying one his Bed
vomiting and in great pain, Says that on asking
the Deced what he had done & if he had taken
anything, Deced said he had, and pointed to the,
White Arsenick upon the Table, Says that he

gave the Deced same Oil & warm water which made him vomit
very freely, Says that the Deced grew worse and
died about a Quarter before Ten o'Clock, last Night
and Dept. believes that the Deced's death was caused
by taking the Arsenie abovementioned
