Thigh, which bled much, and Dept. that the
Canon was loaded with Powder and Wadding
Says that a Man dressed the Wound and Reced
walfrad him to his House in Mareham Streat was [..]
and Dept. walked with him but did not hear the
Deced charge Tom Sober< no role > with hurting him wdfully

Archdall Harris< no role > of Palace Yard Westmr. Surgeon
on his Oath saith That on Monday last between Six
and Seven in the Evening he was fetched to the Deced
whom he saw at his House in Mars ham Street Westmr.
with a Saeonated wound near the Middle and back part of the
left Thigh about the Size of a Shilling, Which De [..]
informed Dept. he had reced from the wadding of a Canon
Says that he attended the Deced again yesterday morning
and dressed the wound in the Afternoon, and saw him
again about Eleven o' Clock that Night, when Deced was
sensible, Says that he called upon the Deced [..]
this morning and found him dead, and that the Parts
were Martified, and beleives the mortification to
be in Consequence of the wound abovementioned.
