22d, August 1774 .

Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of Patrick Cullen< no role >
Nat the said Patrick Cullen< no role > on the 21st, day of August
1774. at the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the Liberty
of Westmr. to wit at the House of Mr. Richard English< no role > the
Sign of the Whelsheaf at Pimlico , not besuy of Lormed mind
Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and Distracted west
a certain knife made of Iron and Steel which he the said
Patrick Cullen then and there had and held in his right ham [..]
the Broat or fulled of him the said Patrick Cullen< no role > did
then and there Strike cut and penehate thereby then and
there giving unto himself in and upon the Broat or fulled of
him the Sd. Patrick Cullen< no role > one Moratal name of the length
of there inches and of the depth of one such of which saud
Mortal Wound he the said Patrick Cullen then and there
instanly Deed. And so the Jurors on their Oath say that the
said Patrick Cullen not being of Lomed Mind Memory and
Understanding but Lunatick and Distrobt in known and by
the means aforesaid did still himself. In Witness where of
the houseman has hereunto let his Hand on behalf of hourself
and the Act of the Jurors.
