the Light Horse Men were going by and Wheeling
round there the Deced went towards the Horses
and was forced down by one of them to the Ground
and afterwards the Horse trod upon the Deced's
Forehead and Side. by which the Deced reced
a wound upon his Forehead, Says that the ManDecedMan
could not nor did he see the Deced as Dept. beleives and that the Deced would
not have been hurt if he had stood stall and not gone towards
the Horses. And Dept. believes that the hurt
which the Deced reced was merely Accidental
