Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of Eleanor Tomkins< no role >
That the said Eleanor Tomkins< no role >
on the 27th. day of July 1773, being
lying in a certain Place called George and Plow Yard
in the Parish
of St. Margaret Westminster
and being much intoxicated with
Liquor it so happened that by means thereof she was Choaked
Suffocated and Strangled of which said Choaking Suffocation
and Strangling she the said Eleanor Tomkins< no role >
then and there Died
And so the Jurors on their Oath says that the said Eleanor
Tomkins< no role >
in manner and by the means aforesaid accidentally
Casually and by Misfortune came to her Death and [..]
otherwise the Witness whereof the Foreman on behalf of himself
& the rest of the Jurors has hereunto set his hand this 28th, day
of July 1773.
