Verdict of the Jury touching the Death of Michael Dunn< no role >

That the said Michael Dunn< no role > on the 20th. day of July 1773.
being in the Top of a Pile of Old Wood the back if Building in
Dartmouth Street in the Pile of St. Margaret Westmr . it so
happened that he stopped on a Plank and accidentally casually
and by Misfortune fale from the same into the back Yard Paved
with Stone of the House of Mrs. Frasier in Park Street and thereby
received a Violent Contusion on his Head of which he Languished
untill the 24th, day of July 1773, and then Died. And so the
Jurors say that the said Michael Dunn< no role > in manner and by the
Many aforesaid accidentally casually and by Misfortune came
to his Death. In Witness whereof the Freeman on behalf of
himself and the rest of the Jurors has hereunto set his hand
this 24th, day of July 1773.
