A certain Chesunt Horse on which John Day< no role > was
riding Accidentally fell down in Piccadilly in the
Parish of St. George Hanover Square , and the said
John Day< no role > thereby reced a mortal Wound & Fracture is and upon
the left side of his Head of Which he died the same
day, at the Parish of St. James within the Liberty
of Westmr .
