that the Deced Hanged herself, Says that the Deced
has upwards of a Year last past, Vizt. ever since
her Son died in going to the East Indies , been low
Spirited, and very much grieved, That in August
last Deced imagined that she missed a Suit of her
Master's Clothes out of Chest (Mr. Weideman being
gone into the Country) and charged her Son who
then lay in the House with Dept. & the Deced with taking them but
the Son denying it, the Deced was very uneasy on
that Accot. Says that he asked Mr. Weideman this
day after the Clothes, who said that he had them with
him in the Country, Says that on Thursday last
the Deced told this Dept. that she found her Master's
Purse with Gold in it, in a Chair by his Bedside
and suspected that her Master had left it there to
try her Honesty, which disturbed the Deced and
made her very uneasy, and Dept. believes that
the Deced was at times Disordered in her Senses.

That she has this day seen the Body of the Deced
Mary Donovan< no role > Naked, and that there is no Marks
of violence appears upon the Deced excepting that about her
neck.

Ann Donovan< no role > Servant to Mr. Welch in Long Acre
Daughter to the Deced on her Oath saith, that the [..]
used to call upon her frequently, that she has
appeared to be uneasy and low spirited for three
or four months last past; and saying that she
was sure somebody, and sometimes said her son

Dennis Donovan< no role > , had Stolen a Suit of Mr. Weideman
Cloths, and that she should be Hanged, Says that
the Deced was so much disturbed in her Mind
and her Behaviour such, as induces this Dept.
to think that the Deced was at times Disordered
in her Senses.
