fastened, that he saw no Person in the House when
he went there but the Deced, and believes that he
hanged himself, says that the Deced an Sunday
last looked Melancholy.did not speak to the Deced
and appeared to be very low Spirited, and that the
Deced yesterdey was more Meloncholey, and Dept.
beleives that he was at tunes out of his Mind.

John Gunn< no role > a Laborer on his Oath saith, That he
has worked some time for the Deced as a Bricklayer 's
labourer says that the Deced gave this Dept. the Key of an
Empty House in Dartmouth Street Yesterday Morning
about six o'Clock the Deced having that House to Repair,
says that he carried Mortar from the Deced's Shed in
the Almery to the House in the Morning, Says that
at Nine o'Clock the same Morning he met the Deced
in the Passage near the Shed in the Almery, and the Deced after
ordering this Dept. to turn up more Stiff, and then
to carry, it to the House in Dartmouth Street, asked
this Dept. for the Key of the House, which Dept. gave
him, and Deced said that he would have the key at
home, tohere Dept. found if [..] beleiving up five o'Clock, says
that he then went into the Empty house with Richard
Knott
< no role > and found the Deced Hangry in the Garret, and
Dept. believes that he hanged himself, says that
the Deced last week appeared to be Confused, and
looked different from what he used to do, that he
Yesterday looked very will, and Dept. believes that
he was not in his perfect Senses.
