the Hay loft over his Master's Stable, Says that he
was Frightened and did not then go to the Deced but
called in other People who went to the Deced and said
that he was quite Cold, Says that about half an hour
aftewards he was Mr. Green as Neighbour out the
Cord by which the Deced was Hanging, and he was laid
down upon the Floor, being then Dead and Shiff, and
Dept. believes that he Hanged himself, And this Dept.
Further saith, That from the wild looks and behaviour
of the Deced, Dept. believes that the Deced has for
four or five days been at times Disordered in his
Senses.

John Green< no role > of Down Street Carter on his Oath
saith, That he was Yesterday at the Sign of the Pett's
Head in Pitts Head Mews about half hour after Twelve
o'Clock, and seeing a Croud before Mr. Elletron's Stable
in the Mews, he went there and was told that a Man
was Harying in the Stable, and that the Door was locked
Says that in about twenty Minutes Mr. Elletson's Porter
brought the Key of the Stable and unlocked the Stable Door
and Dept. and several other People went in and in the
Hay loft Dept. saw the Deced Hanging by a Cord fastened to
the Deced was laid down, being quite Cold, and appeared
to Dept. to have been dead some time.

Sarah Smith< no role > Cook to Mr. Elletson on her Oath saith,
That the Deced was Under Butler in the Family and
had lived there upwards of two Years, Says that the Deced
has been ill, above a Month,about aThat she went to Deced's
Room Yesterday Morning to light his Fire, a little before
Eight o'Clock, the Deced being then very bad and said that
he would go to his Doctor, but Dept. advised him to send
for the Doctor to him, says that the Deced assoon as he
was Dressed walked upstairs, but Dept. did not hear him
go out at the Street Door, nor did she see him afterward
alive Says that the Porter came home a little before
Nine o'Clock and Dept. told him that he was gone to the
Doctor, and soon after the Porter went to the Doctors
and on his return said that he had not been there
and after looking about the House the Porter took the
Key of the Stable and went out, and soon returned
saying that the Deced was dead, and Dept. was soon
after informed that the Deced Hanged himself, and
Dept. believes that he Hanged himself, Says thatthe
from the Wild and distracted looks of the Deced for
some days past Dept. believes the Deced was at times
Disordered in his Senses.
