William Matthews< no role > of High Street in the Parish of
Stepney Lighterman on his Oath saith That on the
15th. day of February last Dept. was at his own Door
and hearing a Noice in Well Street he went there
and saw Husham the Deced and another Man Highting
their Clothoths and Shirts being off Says that they
fell down several times and the last time the Deced
was throwing the other Man down, when the Man
rolled the Deced over and threw the Deced's Head
against a Stone in the Pavement, and Deced thereby
reced a Wound upon the leftside of his Head, upon
which he said that he would fight no more, the Wound
Bleading very much, Says that the Deced went
into the White Bear . Says that the Deced and the
other Man were very much in Liquor, and that the
Deced insisted upon Licking the other Man,
