Oath saith that she has known the Deced about Twenty years
Says that about five Years ago Mrs. Levingston a Cleyhbour
after looking through the Window into Deced's Room, being
on the Ground Floor, Said to Dept. I'll be hanged it Boughen
has not hanged himself, upon which Dept. forced open the
Deced's Room door and found him hanging with a Lord
around his Neck and fastened to a Nail in the Wall
Says that she lifted up the Deced, and the Nail being
loose came out of the Wall, Says that the Deced was
near being Strangled but not quite dead, Says that
the Room door was fastened and that there was no
Person in the Room with Deced.
