I Shou'd be very glad if my Attendce shoud not
be necessary for I Cannot be present any time
tomorrow but, at three oClock; if Tuesday
will do, it wou'd be More Convenient; I will
give you the Circumstances and Appearances

James Lacey< no role > with brought into the
West. Hospl. about five oClock Yesterday, said
to have received abruise on his Stomach
by a fall; he had great difficulty of
Respiration; but, No outward Injury
Appeard; I bled him desir'd a Glyster to be
given him and order'd the properest Remedy
for his Relief; notwithstanding which, he
died last night half past ten; Upon
opening ye Body no [..] Appeard I have been
receiv'd but on Ye. left to be of the Lungs
which was to in, at the hind part by the
Shock, and was in my Opinion the Cause
of His Death
