The Whip in his Hand and (as Dept. thought) was going to whip
the fore Horse, Says that Mr. Thompson's Cart was turned
into the Road leading to Brompton and that Deced followed
out of Dept. sight. Say, that in less than ten Minutes, he [..] the Deced
carried back upon a board towards St. George's Hospital , and
was informed that the wheel of his own Cart had gone over
his Breast.

John Grubb< no role > Coachman to Colonel Gallantine in Brompton
Road on his Path with that on Tuesday the 21st. Aug. as Dist. [..] last Dept.
was walking along the footway in Brompton Road and saw a
Man driving Cart loaden with Durg, and about ten yards behind
him the Deced driving another cart likewise loaden with Dung
the Deced being then upon the shaft, Says that the Deced got down
and whipped his Horses in order to get by the other Cart
but before he got nearer than ten Yards to the other Cart
the Deced struck his foot against a Stone in the Road and
immediately fell down, and the Near wheel of his Master's
Cart went over his Breast, says that the Deced lay in the
Road, and was helped at by this Dept. when he bled very
much at the Months, and was carried by this Dept. and others
to St. George Hospital, Says that he called to the Driver of
the other Cart after the Accident happened, that he looked back
but drove his Horses along the Road and did not stop

saith That he was not work in Queen's Row Knights bridge
about a Hortinghtage and saw two Lads driving two Carts
loaden with Dung in the Road towards Brompton the Horses [..] upon the
Gallop, the Carts being just close to each other says that he
saw the Lad who drove the Cart next to Dept. Flourish his whi [..]
and strike the Horses with it, which the Deced drove, That
the other Cart went forwards and was about five or Six
Yards before the Deced's Cart when Deced who was running
by the side of his Horses fell down and the Near wheel of his
Cart passed over his Breast
