her Oath saith, That Mrs. Mary Martin< no role >
the Elder was Sister
to Mrs. Band and lived with her to Assist in the Business
and with her Daughter Mary Martin< no role >
used to lye in the fore
Garret, That Mrs. Frances Salmon< no role >
Lodged in the two pair
of Stirs back room, and says that the three persons
above named were in Mrs. Band's House last Night,
Says that she usually lay in the back Garret and that
she went to Bed last Night about Ten o' Clock, Says that
she was awaked about half and hour after Eleven by
some body crying out whom she found to be Mrs. Roach
upon which she got up and came down Stairs and met
Caption Parflow (who was a Lodger in the two pair of
Stirs foreman) running into his Room calling out
Fire, Water, and for his Sward, saying to Dept. Child
take care of yourself, says that she came down to the
one pair of Stairs and saw the Dining get and the bed Cla [..] ber Adjoin [..] Flames, and
Captr. Roach (who was a Lodger there) endeavouring to get
a Box out of the room, and did Dept. get out of the House
Says that she run up Stairs to call Mrs. Salmon who was in
Bed, and infirm, being much frightened, Dept. believes
she did not get up, Says that on turning out of the
Room Dept. saw the Flames coming up the Stairs near
to her which made it impossible for her to go down
and thereupon Dept. run to call her Sister who Lay in
Bed in the Garret with this Dept. (being likewise an
Apprentice to Mrs. Band)Says that she opened the
Garret window backwards and went out with her
sister
