day of September in the Year aforesaid (at Night) being in Leicester Fields
in the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid, It so
happened that the said

then and there died suddenly, by
the Visitation of God in a natural Way, and not by any Hurt or Injury
received from any Person whatsoever. In WItness whereof as
well the said Coroner as the said
