Casually and by Misfortune fell down into the Area of an
House in Dover Street in the Parish of St. George Hanover
Square , and thereby reced a mortal Concussion in and upon
his Brain, of which he languished until the 17th. day of the
same Month at St. George's Hospital in the said Parish of
St. George's Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westmr . and
then and there died of the said mortal Concussion
