in the City & Liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex [..] Inquisition touching the
Death of William Saunders< no role > lying dead into
Said Parish City Liberty and County.

James Harrington< no role > Foreman to Joseph [..] of
[..] Street in the Parish of St. [..] Bricklayer [..]
this Oath Saith [..] Yesterday Morning [..]
John W [..] and [..] Deced and E [..]
to said Mr. Pritchard a lying at Mr. [..] Philips [..]
[..] in Scotland Yard in the Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields Says that he had fixed the Hooks, [..]
a large piece of [..] and Deced was lodging the
Ho [..] which [..] if upward had drown [..]
about a having put the Iron Chain [..] the [..]
of the Soho [..] the Chain Sheppeded
said one ofthe [..] but the Deced upon the Back, on
[..] several Yards area, afterwards
[..] the [..] Says that the Davis [..]
unable to move, and complained of his Back [..]
that he carried in a Chair to the Westmr. Hospital
in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . and died in abo [..]
two hours from the time of receiving his Hunt which
Deft. believes to be the [..] of his Death and that
of was nearly Accidental.
