St. Andrew Holborn London, on his Oath saith that Jarvis
Roughton
< no role > Carter to Messrs. Langdale and Mootham on Tuesday
last drove their Cart drawn by three Horses and leaden
with Spi [..] our Liquors into Westmr. Says that said
Roughton since owned his having had the Misfortune to
hurt a Child in New Tothill Street by the Wheel of his
Cart going upon his Leg, but that he was in hopes the
Child would recover, Says that the Cart Horses and
Liquor were the Property of Messrs. Laugdale Mootham
abovementioned
