William Bignell< no role > a Lodger at Mr. Manning Breethe-
Maker in Weigh Street Father to the Deced on his Oath
Saith That he was fetched to Mr. Holbrook Yesterday between [..]
Five and Six o'Clock in the Afternoon, Says that he went there
and found the Deced on Mr. Holbrook's Washhouse Floor
Supported by Mr. Holbrook, says that her Hand felt Cold
and she appeared to be dead, and Mr. Holbrook informed
him that he found her hanging in the Vault. Says that
a Surgeon bled her in Depts. presence, which she bled
a little, but no Signs of Life appeared. Says that
the Deced has for about five days last past Complained to Dept. of having
Struck her Fore head against the hands of [..]
and that she was Giddy and had a Swimming in her
Head, and Dept. believes that her Senses were thereby
Disordered.

Ann Cook< no role > of St. Clements Lane (Wife of Matthew Cook< no role > ) on her
Oath saith that she went into Mr. Holbrook's House last
Sunday Morning and in the Passage met the Deced, says
that she went into the Toproom and at the Bar met the
Deced again, who did that she thought the Dept. had been a
Man Dressed in a Great Coat, upon which Dept. told her that
she saw double, to which Deced answered that she did
not know what she saw since she reced the Blow, and
clapped her Hand to her Sorehead.
