within the City & Liberty of Westminster
in the
County of Middlesex
on an Inquisition touching
the Death of

Parish City Liberty and County.

Attorney
at Law, on his Oath saith that he this Dept. was walking
towards London at a Place called Pimlies about Eight
o'Clock yesterday Evening, Says that he saw the Deced riding
on a small dark [..] Horse & Galloping, a little beyond the Turnpike,
towards Hyde Work Corner Says that after the Deced
had passed by this Dept. about one hundred Yards, heth
Dept looked back, and saw the Deced's Foot or part of his
Leg hit against a Post fixt in the Ground on the right
side of the Horse, and the Deced immediately fell down
off the Horse upon the Ground, upon his Head as
Dept. believes, Says that he immediately went to
Deced with other People, and found him lying on him
back in the Road, Speechless, and unable to more
Says that the Deced was carried to a Publick House
being the Sign of the Blackmoar's Head, where he was
bled by Mr. North a Surgeon
, Says that the Deced bled
freely but remained Speechless, and then Dept, saw Deced
Blood out of the right Car, Says that Mr. North dealer
that he thought the Deced's Life in Danger and advised
his beingsentto the Westminster Hospital
, which was
done, and Deced's Head was there shoved & he put to Bed, Say's that the
Deced appeared to be in Liquor, and that he believes
that hitting his Bright Leg or Foot against the Post as
abovementioned caused the Deced's falling off the Hory
Says that the Horse did not Kick, or appear to be rundy
