Nurse
to Mrs. Baggot on her Oath saith that
she was with the Deced in his Taproom last Night about
a Quarter after Eleven o'Clock, When Deced ordered
her to go to Bed, Saying that after he had been in the
Cellar he would follow her up Stairs, Says that she went
up Stairs leaving the Deced and a Boy in the Toproon
Says that the Boy some followed & when she was undressing herself She heard
some body in the Callar which she believes to be the Deced,
Says that Mr. Baggott rung her Bell about one o'Clock
and said that the Deced was not come to Bed, & desired
this Dept. to go to see for his, upon which she went down
Stairs and finding the Taproom Door locked, she returned
to her Mistress saying that she could not find him, Says
that she then called Mr Corbett a Lodger, who after having
searched some time, come up stairs and said that Mr.
Baggott was Drowned in a Tub in the Yard
