Informations taken this Seventeenth day of December
1766 at the Patehouse Prison situate in the Parish of St.
Margaret within the City and Liberty of Westmr. in the County
of Middlesex on an Inquisition the Death of Thomas
Leeson

Joseph Rossiter< no role > a Prisoner at the Gateboun Westmr . on his Oath saith that
he has been there about nine weeks, that the Deced was brought there about six
weeks ago for Picking Pockets as Dept was informed Says that Deced then appeared to
be in Health, and continued so above a Month, says that for about ten days last
part deced was out of order and very weak, and died on the sixteenth Inst
as Dept believes a natural Death, Says that there has been no Quarrel
between the Deced and any of the fellow Prisoners in said Prisoner and that the
Deced has not been ill need by the Keeper or any of his Servants.
