Verdict

That on the 23 day of July 1766 Timothy Stevens< no role > was crossing
before the Gateway leading to Scotland yard within his Majestys
Verge, [..] Thoppn th [..] Hor [..] were drawing a Cart out of said Scotland
Yard, and that the said Timothy Stevens< no role > . [..] Accidentally went against the fore Horse and was
forcedthe said Thimothy Stevensto the Ground, and for Fore Horse tred upon
his right Leg whereby he reced a mortal Fracture in and
upon his right Leg of which he languished until the 2d. day
of Augt. and then died of the said Fracture at the Westmr.
Hospital in the Parish of St. Margt. within the City & Liberty
of Westmr.
