that Deced was disturbed in Mind, and often
complained that he could not Sleep and frequently Sighed

William Bromley< no role > of Bedford Street in the Parish of St Paul
Covent Garden Esqr . his Oath Saith, That, he has been Acquainted
with Deced about fourteen Years last past, and during that
time Dined at Deced's House with the Deced usually three
times a week, Says that he Dined with Deced yesterday
and in the Evening they went together to the Play house
in the Hay market , where the Deced was very Melancholy,
and scarce spoke, Says that he parted with Deced last
Night about a quarter after nine o'Clock in the Hay Market
and Deced went towards home; Says that he was informed
this Morning by Mr. Grimston or his Servant , that the
Deced was Dead, Says that he has observed the Deced,
at times, to be very low Spirited, and disturbed for many Years and
Deponent verily believes that he was Disordered in his
Senses Says that the Deced lately complained to this Dept that he
had not Slept for six weeks, and that the want of sleep
would make him distracted.
