that he bled the Deced on the side of the Neck, and
applied what he thought necessary to the Bruise,
after which Mrs. Burford Mother to the Deced, carried
the Deced home, Says that he called on the Deced in
about an hour in Carey Street , and found the Deced
bleeding at the Nose, Says that he apprehend that
the Deced's Scull was Fractured, or that her Brain wsa
considerably Injured, and adviced a Surgeon being sent
for, Says that Mr Crowderwhosoon came, and ordered her Head to be
Poulticed, and immediately after went away with
this Dept. And this Deft. says that he called again
this Morning, and found the Child dead.
