Verdict that on the 20th day of January 1766theoff wheel of Cart drawn
by three Horses and loader with Coals did Casualls by misfortune & against the will of William Hays< no role > Merchant pass over the Body & Head of
Jane Price< no role > the Deced, in Oxenden Street in the Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields , whereby the said Jane Price< no role > reced a mortal Fracture in and
upon her Head of which she instantly died, that the said off wheel of the
said Cart moved to the Death, is of the Value of five shillings and the
property of Mr. Forsyth off Durham Yard Coal Merchant.
