Daniel Bowers< no role > Servant to Mrs. Lowther on his Oath saith That
he Was Drinking with the Deced (who was likewise Servant
Lowther) on Friday last, Sat the While Horse in Knightsbridge
and that they out from thence about Eight o'Clock in the Evening
Says that they parted at the White Horse Door, that the Deced went
towards home, and this Dept. towards Knightsbridge , Says that
the Deced called to Dept. several times desiring him to go with
Deced to Milking, Deponent says that he did not go immediately
and when he got to the Gate before Mrs. Lowther's House he saw
two Men with Sticks in their Hands came out of the Gate by the
Deponent laughing and saying, "Dam him, We have done it, or words to
that Effect," Says that he then saw the Deced lye down in the
Court before Mrs. Lowther's Door, Says that he called out, Thomas,
but had no Answer, upon which he followed the two Men
towards St. George Hospital, crying out stop Thief, Says that the
two Men run, and Dept. was not able to overtake them, Says
that he returned to Mrs. Lowther and found the Deced lying in
the Court as he left him, Says that Mr, Heley, and Elizabeth Davies< no role >
came to Deced with a Candle and then Dept. saw much Blood upon
the Stones in the Court, Says that the Deced was carried to St. George
Hospital where Dept. saw a Wound upon Deced's Head, and the
Surgeon put his Finger in the Wound. And this Dept. says that
the Deced had been Drinking on Friday last, but was not drunk

Elizabeth Davies< no role > Servant to Mrs. Pycott a Lodger of Mrs. Lowther
in the Capacity of Cook on her Oath saith that she had been out on
Friday last, and was returning home about Eight o'Clock in the
Evening, Says that as she was opposite to St. George's Hospital she
saw two Men coming to meet her, laughing, and saying "We have
done it now," Says that they run by the Deced, and not many
Yards after them she met Daniel Bowers< no role > running, Says that
she went bits the Court before Mrs. Lowther's Home and there found
Thomas Bull< no role > the Deced lying near the Door, Says that she look
[..] of The Deced's hand and said Thomas but had no Answer
Says

Says that Daniel Bowers< no role > (who was then returned) said that
two Men had come into the Court and killed Thomas, Says that
a Candle was brought, and Dept. saw a great deal of Blood upon the
Stones but Dept. did not see the Wound, nor was Decedable to
speak, Says that Deced was then carried to St. Georges
Hospital .

Elizabeth Davies< no role >

John Haley< no role > Servant to Mrs. Lowther on his Oath saith, that
on the Twenty seventh day of December last About Eight o Clock
in the Evening, Dept. was assleep in Mrs. Lowther's Kitchin, Says that
he was awaked by one of the Servants, and running into the
Passage Dept. was informed by Daniel Bowers< no role > that Thomas Bull< no role >
the Deced was killed upon which Dept. came into the Court and
saw the Deced lying upon the Ground there, Says that he lifted
up the Deced upon his Backside and spoke to Deced, but had no
Answer, and Deced saw Deced's hair Bloody and much
Blood upon the Stones, Says that Deced was not able to move,
and that he was soon carried to St George's Hospital , where
he died yesterday Morning.
