Till< no role > Accidentally fell off and from the Seaffold on
the top of Mr. Carponell's House situate in Chapel
Alley in the Parish of St. James , unto the Ground
in said Alley, whereby he reced a mortal Fracture
in and upon the back part of his Head, of which
he instanly died.
