on his Oath saith, that he was in the Brewhouse
Yard on Saturday last when William Jackson< no role >

loaded with Beer and drown by three Horses, out of the Yard Says that
thattor for moved forwards and that said Jackson was by the
Thill Horse and had hold of the Room called the leader, Says that the Deced
was on the offside of the Horses, and nearly opposite to
the Thill Horse, Says that he heard some body cry out.
