Speechless, but then alive; but Deced died in about
five Minutes and Dept. believes that his Death was
caused by the Fracture of Bruises he reced in his Head by the fall
abovementioned And this Dept further Saith that
there was no Person with Deced on the outside of the House
nor any Person in Deponent's Room when the Ancident
happened.
