for the said City and Liberty of Westminster

Fourthday of April in the Fifth Year of the Reign of his
present Majestys King George the Third, in the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
within the Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Midsex
on View of the Body of

then and there lying
Dead: The Jurors in the said Inquisition named, have found that
the said
William Bold< no role >
feloniously wilfully and of his Malice
fore thought Killed and Murdered himself: These are therefore by
virtue of my Office, to will and require you forthwith to cause
the Body of the said
William Bold< no role >
to be Buried in some
Publick Highway, and thereof to Certify to me the Place, and
for your so doing this is your Warrant. Given under my
Hand and Seal this Fourth day of April 1765
