Carpenter rowed a small Boat a cross the River and
then saw the Deced in the Water with his face down warden
Says that the Man who was in the Boat with Dept. took hold
of the Deceds Neck and pulled him into the Boat, and Dept. ron
the Boat to Shore, Says that the Deced appeared to be Dead
when he was brought to there but that after being Rolled and Rube
Deced came to himself and was able to speak, Dept. says that
they put the Deced into a Cart and carried him to St. George
Hospital where he was put to Bed in presence of Deponent,
Says that Deced told Dept, that he had some Words with
his Wife, and that he was uneasy in his Mind
