Margaret within the City & Liberty of Westmr.
in the County of Middlesex on an Inquisition
taken on View of the Body of Mary Smith< no role >
lying Dead in the said Parish City Liberty
and County.

Westmr. Widow , Daughter to the Deced Mary Smith< no role > , on her
Oath saith, That yesterday Morning between four and [..]
o' Clock Deponent awaked and saw the Deced who lodged
with her in Mr. George Wight< no role > 's House in Dacre Street, dressing
herself in the room where they lay, Says that She
desired Deced to come into Bed again which Deced
refused to do saying that she must go down Stairs
upon which Deponent dressed herself and went
down Stairs after Deced and stopped her at the
Street Door just as Deced was going out, Says that
Deced came up Stairs again, and that they Drant
Tea for Break fast together before Seven O' Clock,
Dept. says that she went down Stairs into her Shop
leaving the Deced in the Bedchamber upon the
Second Floor, and Dept. returned several times
after to the Deced to see how she did, Says that she
afterwards between ten & Eleven O' Clock sent her
little boy up to ask the Deced to come down Stairs
who returned and said that she was coming down
Upon her not coming Dept. in about a Quarter of an
hour went up again and found the Door of the Room
where the Deced Lodged, locked, and the Key on the
in side of the Door, Says that she was much fighten'd there at
and run down for a Hammer to break open the Door
that in coming up Mr. Stone (who lodges in the First
Floor in the same House) gave Dept. a Poker, with
which Dept. forced open the Door, Mr. Stone being with
Dept. Says that she then discovered the Deced hanging
