Men that lay in the same Bed would let him him lye with
them, says that the young Men after some perswasions
permitted the Deced to lye with then, Says that he lay in the
same Room with Deced, that he this Dept. came down Stairs about seven
O Clock yesterday Morning, that his Bed fellow and Farrell
soon followed, Deponent says that he went up stairs again
to fetch a pot about Nine o Clock, the Deced and Littlefield
being then in Bed together, Says that the Deced then desired
to have a Pint of two Penny which Dept. carried to him, and
Deced paid for it, and Depot. saw him drink some of it,
Says that he come down and Left Littlefield and Deced in Bed,
Deponent says that having occasion for something he had in
the Closet in said Room, he went there between One and two
O' Clock yesterday Afternoon, and soon after his entering the Room
Dept. discovered the Deced hanging by a small lord fixed round
his Neck and around the Barrs over the Closet Door in said
Room, Says that he immediately run down Stairs to acquaint
the family therewith, Says that three or four Persons went up
With Deponent to Deced, and that they were all of Opinion
that Deced was Dead, Says that there is a Lock to the Room
Room which has been out of Order for some time and could not be locked and that
there is no fastening to the Door, and Deponent believesthat
that the Deced hanged himself, Says that Deced drankcalled for a pint
of Beer when he first Came to Mr. Kinlands House, and that
he then seemed to be low Spirited and spoke very little.

day seen the Deced, and that his name is William Reeve
Edwards

believe that the Deced grieved much for the loss of a Sum
of Money which was lent on a Bond,
