a grievous Disease of Body, to wit, an Asthma; And that on the said Eighth day of April

in the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid,

the Visitation of God in a Natural way, to wit, of the Disease and Distemper aforesaid
and not by any hurt or Injury received from any Person or Persons whatsoever; No Marks
of Violence appearing on the Body of the said
