being then and there duly Sworn and charged to inquire for Our said Lord the King when how and by

the said

a Bricklayers Labourer, on the Twenty third day of
January
in the Year aforesaid, being on a Scaffold erected upon the dwelling House of
Peter Sisums< no role >
situate in Mount Street
, at the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and
County aforesaid, It so happened that the said Vincent Cranfield then and there
Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fell from the said Scaffold, being three Stories
high, unto the Ground, by Means whereof he the said

aforesaid then and there received a violent Concussion upon the Brain, of which said
violent Concussion he the said Vincent Cranfield then and there instantly Died.
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do say, that the said Vincent
Cranfield in Manner and by the Means aforesaid, Accidentally Casually and by
Misfortune came to his Death, and not otherwise. In Witness whereof as well the
