who found Deced drawn to the side of a House at the
Distance of about Eighty Yards from said Mrs. Hepworth's House
where the Cart and Horses were standing, and near to the
place where the Riot was at Norton Falgate , that the Deced
was then almost Motionless and that he was immediately carried
to the Cart, Deponent says that he was there informed
that the Deced left his Cart at Mrs. Hepworths door and in
running towards the Place where the Riot [..] recedAssembled
that Ball in the Belly, froma Musket, was Shot in his Belly by Discharged by one of the [..] in the Belly,a
little below the Navel, that the Deced immediately fell down
and after getting up run back towards his Cart and then fell down again
where Mrs. Hepworth's Brother found him, Deponent says
that the Deced died the same day, and verily believes
that his Death was Occasioned by the Wound he reced
from the said Musket Ball
