Dept. was taken out in about a Quarter of an hour
and the deced in about an hour says he assisted
in taking [..] the deced out that he laid sideway
his face [..] Inclining towards the Ground. and that he
was then dead. and Dept. verily believes he was
Saw there by the Rubbish.

his Oath Saith that he has this day examined
the Body of the deced that his Scull in fractured,
and he believes by other Symptoms that he had
been Suffocated;
