To any one of the Constables of the said
City and Liberty, in the said County

NB.
Be Sure to Warn the
above No 24. and return
their Christian and
Sir Names and Places
of Abode.


By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of yourParishes, Liberty personally to
be and appear before me, on Wednesday the Second Day
of this Instant by four of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. William Sudbury< no role > Known
by the Sign of the Mason's Arms situate in Maddox Street
in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square within the
Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Middlesex
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of James Nichols< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this Second Day of March in
the Year of our Lord 17 63.
