Timothy Moor< no role > of Swallow Street Victualler or his Oath Saith that
[..] Monday Morning about Nine of ten o Clock he want with
Charles Allen< no role > and Clerks Edward Ladbrook< no role > to the Bad Chamber
Door of the deced and finding the same Locked, deponent Saul
for a Carpenter to face it open, says that the Carpenter
forced open the Door, and upon Deponent and the other Person
going in they Discovered the Deced hanging at the side of the Bed,
says that Charles Allen< no role > ent the Lord by which the deced hury
and that Deced fall upon the Bad says he is sure Deced was
then Dead, and that he had no Cloath then on but his shirtand
Precches, says that the Key was in theDoor on she Inside of the Room when
he first enter'd the Rooms Deponent says that dated frequently told
him that he owed some Money, and was disappointed of reseing [..]
it where due to him, which made him uneasy, say that for
about afortnight last past he thought the Deced Disordered in his
Mind at Intervals, and verily believes [..] was so at the
[..] time of his Hanging himself.
