To any one of the Constables of the said
City and Liberty in the said County

NB.
Be Sure to Warn the
above No 24. & return
their Christian and
Sir Names and Places
of Abode.


By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of yourParishes, Liberty personally to
be and appear before me, on Monday the Tenth Day
of May Inst by Five of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mrs. Lettice Joyce< no role > known
by the Sign of the Queen's Head in Knights bridge
in the Parish of St.George Hanover Square in the said
Liberty of Westminster
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of James Godman< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this tenth Day of May in
the Year of our Lord 17 62.
