to wit

An Inquisition Indented and taken at the Parish of St. Martin
in the feilds within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter at Westminster
the Twenty fourth day of July in the thirty fourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth and
in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Sixty. Before John Feary< no role > Coroner for our
Sovereign Lord the King for the City and Liberty of Westminster aforesaid, Upon a view of the Body of
Hugh Saunders< no role > then and there lying Dead by the Oaths of William Wright< no role > John Hawkins< no role > , John Walkington< no role >
Moses Jefferys< no role > Charles Hangear< no role > , William Wakefeild< no role > , Edward Turner< no role > , William Warron< no role > , James Oliver< no role > , James

said City and Liberty who being Sworn and Charged to Enquire for our Sovereign Lord the King how when
where and in what manner the said Hugh Saunders< no role > came to his Death, say upon then Oaths That
Wednesday the twenty third day of July Instant the said Hugh Saunders< no role > being at Work as a Bricklayer
Labourer on the Tye of the House of Mr. Paul Rook< no role > in Hanover Street in the Parish of St. Martin in the
feilds in the Liberty and County aforesaid and being walking along the gatten on the top of the said
House it so happened that he accidentally and unfortunately fell over the Parapet Wall of the said
House into the Street and thereby received several Mortal Bruises and Wounds of which said
Mortal Bruises and Wounds the said Hugh Saunders< no role > [..] Instantly Died, And so the said Jurors
upon their Oaths aforesaid do say that the said Hugh Saunders< no role > on the day aforesaid in the year
aforesaid in the Parish aforesaid in the Liberty and County aforesaid in manner and form aforesaid
unfortunately and accidentally came to his Death and not otherwise In Witness whereof as well
the said Coroner as the Foreman of the Jurors aforesaid have to this Inquisition put their hands
and Seals the day Year, and at the place abovesaid
