THE ORDINARY of NEWGATE His ACCOUNT of the Behaviour, Confession, &c.

By Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable Sir RICHARD HOARE< no role > , Knt . Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; John Stracey< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of his Majesty's Justices of OYER, and TERMINER, for the City of London, and Justices of Goal-delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City, and County of Middlesex, at Justice-Hall in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 3d , Thursday the 4th , and Friday the 5th of September , in the 20th Year of his Majesty's reign; four Malefactors, viz. BARNABY LINCE< no role > , alias LINSEY< no role > , JOHN PIDGEON< no role > , FELIX MATHEWS< no role > , and ANTHONY MATHEWS< no role > , were capitally convicted for several Crimes, and received Sentence of Death accordingly.

And by Virtue of the King's Commission of the Peace, OYER, and TERMINER, and Goal-delivery of Newgate, held before the Right Honourable Sir RICHARD HOARE< no role > , Knt . Lord-Mayor of the City of London ; the Right Honourable the Lord Chief Justice WILLES, the Honourable Mr. Justice FOSTER, the Honourable Mr. Baron REYNOLDS, and JOHN STRACY< no role > , Esq ; Recorder , and others of his Majesty's Justices of OYER and TERMINER of the City of London, and Justices of Goal-delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City and County of Middlesex, at Justice-Hall in the Old Bailey , on Wednesday the 15th , Thursday the 16 , and Friday the 17th of October ,
