AT the King's Commission of Oyer and Terminer, and Goal-Delivery of Newgate, held (before the Right Hon. Sir John Thompson< no role > , Knt . Lord-Mayor of the City of London , the Hon. Mr. Justice Denton, the Hon. Mr. Baron Fortescue, the Worshipful Mr. Serjeant Urlin, Deputy Recorder of the City of London; and others his Majesty's Justices of Oyer and Terminer for the City of London, and Justices of Goal-Delivery of Newgate, holden for the said City and County of Middlesex) at Justice Hall in the Old-Bailey , on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, the 20th , 21st , 22d , and 23d of April, 1737 , in the Eleventh Year of his Majesty's Reign.

Five Men, viz. Jonathan Adey< no role > , Henry Boswarway< no role > , Samuel Moreton< no role > , Richard Harper< no role > , and James Kelly< no role > ; and three Women, viz. Dorothy Felton< no role > , Ann Mudd< no role > , and Mary Brown< no role > , were by the Jury convicted of capital Crimes, and received Sentence of Death.

N. B. Mary Brown< no role > , in June Sessions, 1736, was indicted by the Name of Mary White< no role > , and convicted for Transportation. And this April Sessions being capitally convicted, she pleaded her Belly, and a Jury of Matrons being impannel'd, they found her with quick Child.

Mr. Justice Probyn, the Hon. Mr. Baron Thompson, the Worshipful Mr. Serjeant Urlin; and other his Majesty's Justices of Oyer and Terminer for the City of London, and Justices of Goal Delivery of Newgate for the County of Middlesex, held at Justice-Hall in the Old Bailey , on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the 26th , 27th , and 28th of May 1737 , An the eleventh Year of his Majesty's Reign.
