attend his said Master and that he this Deponent has since
heard from Highlake aforesaid and verily believes that the said

is now with his Master at that Place and that
the said James Burgess< no role >
cannot without the greatest inconvenience
to the said Sir John Stanley< no role >
Attend at this present Session to
plead to the said Indictment but that the said Defendant will
come to London at or about Christmas next.
