William Gray< no role > Servant to Sir John Stanley< no role > of Grosvenor Place< no role > in
the County of Middlesex Baronet maketh Oath and Saith that on
the twenty seventh day of July last the Defendant James Burgess< no role >
who is a Coachman to Sir John Stanley< no role > left London to go to [..]
John Stanleys House at Highlake in the County of Chestor to [..]
attend his said Master and that he this Deponent has since
heard from Highlake aforesaid and verily believes that the said
James Burgess< no role > is now with his Master at that Place and that
the said James Burgess< no role > cannot without the greatest inconvenience
to the said Sir John Stanley< no role > Attend at this present Session to
plead to the said Indictment but that the said Defendant will
come to London at or about Christmas next.
