To wit.
To the Constable, Headborough , Tythingman and other Officer
of the Peace of the Parish of St. Martins
in the High
within the said County and to all other Officers
of the Peace form these may concern, to recieve and obey.

WHEREAS John Deveroux
was
apprehended in the said Parish of St. Martins
as a Rogue and Vagabond (videlicet)
Wandering abroad and begging
and upon Examination of the said John Deveroux< no role >
taken before me Sir Wm. Addington< no role > Knt upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that
the legal place of settlement of the
said John Deveroux< no role > is in the County of
Wexford in the Kingdom of Ireland

These are therefore to require you the said Constable or other Officer
to convey the said John Deveroux< no role > in the County of Becks
to the Town of Colnbrooke that being the first
place in the next Precinct through which He ought to pass in the
direct Way to the said Under of Ireland to which
Henryhe sent and to deliver Him to the Constable or
other Officer of such Town in such Next precinct, together with this
pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said John Deveroux< no role >
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said John Deveroux< no role >
to be thence conveyed on in like Manner
until He shall arrive in the County of the City and Liberty and you the said
Constable or other Officer last mentioned is hereby required to apply to some
Justice of Peace in the said County of the said City for a Warrant
to the Master of any Ship of Vessel bound for Ireland that
shall lie in the said County of the said City to take on Board the same
the said John Deveroux< no role > and convey Him
to such Place in Ireland as such ship or Vessel shall be bound to
or shall arrive at there Given under my Hand and Seal this
4th. Day of April in the Year of Our Lord 17 99
