a Rogue and Vagabond, apprehended in the Parish of
St. Martin in the Fields , within the Liberty of Westmin-
ster, and County of Middlesex , and convicted before me,
one of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for the said
City and Liberty. Taken this 4th Day of April
1799

Who on h er Oath saith, That the Place of her last legal Settle-
ment is in the Parish, Place, or Precinct of Shipton Mallet< no role >
in the County of Somerset which she having been
informed by Her Mother that her legal
Place of Settlement is in the said Parish
and that she never gained any Settlement
herself
