who is one of the Bail for the Defendant in the above
Prosecution maketh Oath and Saith that in October Sessions last
an Application was made on behalf of this Deponent said Husband
to respite his Recognizance which was accordingly done And Deponent
further saith that not being acquainted with the Practice of the Sessions
nor informed by the Attorney the Deponent then employed on such
application to this Court as aforesaid that it would be necessary to
apply at some future Sessions for a further respite of the said Recognizance
in Case the said Julius Lyons< no role >
should not appear and take his Trial
no further Application has been made on the behalf of this Deponent's
said Husband to Respite the said Recognizance And Deponent further
saith that the said Defendant was a few days back and she believes
is now a Prisoner in the Kings Bench Prison
for Debt and the further
saith that her said Husband is now and has been for some time
past in the Country upon his necessary Business
